• Planned 2022! Learning Plan, Engagement Plan, Overall Year Plan. 
• Did the presentations on the university engagement projects.
• Had a meeting with Sabeeha, Surindu, Maheshi to discuss about mentoring 
• Discussed the peer learning process and gave the responsibility to 4 SPARKS (Theeksha, Venushka, Prasansa, and Amasha) to work on that.
• Changed the leads appointment method from voting to self-appointment
• Finished the future fit plans and started working on them.
• Assigned individuals to overlook each engagement activity. 
• Had a connect about New Year Resolutions
• Had a session with Kesh about giving and receiving feedback. 
• Kesh pointed out that we are somewhat slow as a batch. We have to work on it.
