         <description><![CDATA[<p>In Madagascar I  tried some of its traditional food, like <strong><em>bol renversé</em> ,</strong> a delicious meat dish<strong>, </strong>and<strong> <em>mofogasy</em> , </strong>which is also typical in other parts of Africa . The bol reversé was my favourite food there. It is made with rice, vegetables (onions, carrots, and brocoli) mushrooms , meat (usually pork), and a fried egg. It's delicious!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Boeuf Bourguignon</strong></p><p>This typical food of Paris dish consists of a meat stew cooked in Burgundy red wine, onion, carrot, and salt. This stew is a delight for lovers of meat, and traditional cuisine. Besides this typical dish, escargot is also very typical, a dish of snails with garlic and parsley. My favorite is the meat stew, I have never tried it but it have good looking.</p>]]></description>

It was invented in farmers' homes to stave off hunger between meals. It was invented in Catalonia and later brought to Murcia and spread throughout the rest of Spain.          <description><![CDATA[<p>When I went to Colombia, I tried a lot of typical dishes, but definitely one of  my favorites was the tamal.</p><p>It’s made with a dough called masa, which is made from corn. This dough is filled with tasty ingredients like meat (chicken, pork, beef), cheese, vegetables, or even sweet things like fruit or chocolate.</p><p>Once the dough is filled, it’s  wrapped in a banana leaf, and then steamed until it's firm and fully cooked. The wrapping keeps the tamal moist and flavorful, but be careful, you mustn't eat it!</p>]]></description>

The pigeon is a meat gentle and when you eat it it turns you brown for the toxines and colorants. </p><p>If you are not Peruvian and you have not eaten pigeons, you are a fake Peruvian, It is a very typical food in Peruvian cuisine. Peruvians usually eat it at noon with a salad, bread or Coca-Cola.</p>]]></description>
