         <description><![CDATA[<p>I rated myself average for healthy eating because I tend to eat foods that are rich in vitamins and low in bad fats on a daily basis. I try to stay away from carbs and get good amounts of protein and try to stay roughly within Canada's food guide.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I rate myself very good for healthy eating because I eat a good amount of fruits and veg. (just need a bit more) and  need to cut down on bread. I don't eat sweets/baked goods a lot either, like once/twice a week.</p>]]></description>
