         <description><![CDATA[<div>I really loved this video for many reasons. I enjoyed that he was very honest about taking responsibility for being the reason he's stressed. I found it very relatable because I bring a lot of my stress on myself as well. I enjoyed how he explained burnout. We put so much on our plate that we often forget to stop sprinting. He had great incites into how to recover and prevent burnout.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This video really hits home for me as perfectionism is something I struggle with a lot. Perfectionism, when dealt with correctly, can benefit you in many ways. That being said, it can also cause a lot of stress. I liked that he brought up some things that we, as perfectionists, struggle with. Like how procrastination happens when something feels too big to tackle. Harnessing your perfectionism can be a great strength.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of my biggest struggles is test anxiety. It can be crippling when&nbsp;the high-stress situation actually does deplete your memory, as he stated in the video. There were plenty of great techniques he brought up in the video. One of my favorites is taking practice tests. This allows you to get a feel for the real thing without the stakes of the actual test. I have been taking practice tests before real tests since the 3rd grade.</div>]]></description>
