Personally, I've found the ROS to be a simple tool to get everything in one place; but I've been around since the start of that tool and have fluency with it; know that's not always the case for newer folks.

From a collaborator perspective, the consistency of the ROS was very helpful working across projects and knowing what to expect.

I think this is short-ish term, but getting some exemplary outreach emails to collaborators would be helpful in the project tools toolkit.

GDrive Folder organization. In the ideal world, we would organize by project. Then within that project, we have school years and then within school years, we organize by content area. This will allow us to see all of the work that has been done in the past easily, and what is happening in one school year.

Moving towards Monday.com for project management, while still storing documents within Gdrive.

I also use the ROS and like it. I modify it slightly, but use most of it as is. I also think the Project Theory and Goals is super useful. I've used it with a partner to launch in order to learn more about their context and set goals.

The Roadmap isn't useful for me. I prefer to use Monday.com. I also think the Project Responsibilities and Roles doesn't always feel updated. As things change, it isn't updated so it doesn't feel relevant. I really appreciate the time one- it helps when determining how many hours are needed if we are going to use a contractor for content design. Although, I imagine this will shift if we won't be using contractors anymore for that.

I think a short term, low-lift is getting uniform on folder organization moving forward and naming conventions.
