         <description><![CDATA[<div>Management are open to many ways of working. Essentially, as long as you get the work done they are happy. This is great though you can feel unsupported when a work process becomes flawed somehow and you are unsure of what to do.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My organisation has areas of change that are agile these are predominantly in our digital space. The rest of our change area is still working in a waterfall way. Having said that it is 'Wagile' where we are doing things iteratively. Culture still needs to change for the whole organisation as I do not see the Agile roles being as effective as they could be.</div>]]></description>
