- HS Matriculation (depending on how network monitors/facilitates this....monthly updates on # meetings held, HS apps, acceptances, decisions, etc.
Staff:  # filled positions (monthly?), demographics (annually), "benchdepth" - availability of successors for leadership roles, # participating in PD? tenure
Safety:  in light of recent events - feels like there might be some metrics here we want to think about?
Attendance Rates
- Survey scores? (could get at things like D&II, engagement, satisfaction, mindset, etc.

Tracking (would be less frequent - once a year? - good for correlating, knowing which models/sites are doing what, e.g.
- what curricula?
- what assessments?
- after school activities?
- tutoring/mentoring programs?
- use of teaching fellows?
- D&I/engagement initiatives?
- Schools have tested safety procedures?
