         <description><![CDATA[<div>thinking this might be split b/w programs/practices you want to "track" vs. impt. dashboard metrics to look at regularly.<br><br>Metrics:<br>- Student Demographics (annually)<br>- Enrollment (including attrition/retention data - monthly)<br>- Achievement: <br>can get blown out into a whole dashboard on it's own....will write another box)<br>- HS Matriculation (depending on how network monitors/facilitates this....monthly updates on # meetings held, HS apps, acceptances, decisions, etc.<br>Staff:  # filled positions (monthly?), demographics (annually), "benchdepth" - availability of successors for leadership roles, # participating in PD? tenure<br>Safety:  in light of recent events - feels like there might be some metrics here we want to think about?<br>Attendance Rates<br>- Survey scores? (could get at things like D&amp;II, engagement, satisfaction, mindset, etc.<br><br>Tracking (would be less frequent - once a year? - good for correlating, knowing which models/sites are doing what, e.g.<br>- what curricula?<br>- what assessments?<br>- after school activities?<br>- tutoring/mentoring programs?<br>- use of teaching fellows?<br>- D&amp;I/engagement initiatives?<br>- Schools have tested safety procedures?<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
