Elizabeth:  Keeping her self esteem up and letting her be able to talk and come out of her shell
Juan Jose:  You have to let him go at his own pace, and let him ask for help.  He is very intelligent and is on the ball most of the time
Samuel;  You need to call on him and make sure that he is able to respond not shy away.
Julian:  You need to let him have clear rules and clear and concise instructions
