The location is well-maintained so that the students could experience being inside the bamboo houses.

The making model activity was fun. The students used their creativity to create a design for bamboo.

Lucky to have Mr. Val on the team who has a whistle. We needed it to attract students’ attention in a big group.

Trash Heroes provided the students with cleaning tools.

The portion was too small for teenagers and adults.

The time provided needed to be longer. The students did not have time to explain the concept of the design to the whole class.

PIC needs to equip himself/herself with a whistle. At least one whistle for each big group.

First Aid should be provided for each bus. Just in case, an emergency situation happens on the way.

The beach was already clean. There was not much trash to collect.  We are sure there are dirtier beaches around. 

The Trash Hero guy was late, it didn’t leave much time for cleaning. Maybe we need a plan B for students to do while waiting. 

The students took a long time to change into their beach clothes. Might have been better to let them change clothes at the green village that had lots of rooms

The amount of teaching time is also enough to teach one short lesson. 

The lunch menu is delicious (especially the not so spicy sambal matah 🫶🏻) some students said they should’ve make lots more of sambal 😂 

The activites in Panglipuran were engaging. All students got the chance to make klepon (we can see that our students are very creative by the variative shapes of klepon they’ve made). Even though not all student got the chance to make / decorate keben, the students listened to the explanation and some of them tried the activity.

In my group they were preparing game but they also confuse when playing the game (which can be prepared beforehand). 

Unfortunately it was raining in Panglipuran so we kinda delayed. -Welcome drinks and snacks was really nice to begin with, before students do the activity. it set the tone and atmosphere for the whole day - loosen up everyone :)
-Rumah Desa had a mic at the meeting point, so it was easy to organise and divide students into groups for the activities.
-Activities were interesting for students: opening coconut and seeing process of making coconut oil, making and cooking food (that students ate for their lunch) 
-They provided soap and towels for after the mud activity.
-Lunch was delicious.

-communication issue with rumah desa and the external mud wrestling people - we told them we had 30 minutes left, but they spent the first 20 minutes with warm up and so students only had 10 minutes left for the actual activity in the mud.
-some students mentioned that the food was not enough.
-it was raining so we didn’t end up doing the farming education.
-the activity of opening the coconut may have been a little risky, Rumah Desa could provide some gloves.
