Finding time to study will need to be squeezed between school runs, feeding, bath and bedtimes.

Carer - I am a full-time carer for a disabled family member. Although this means I may be slightly busy at times, it will also grant me some spare time throughout the day to study. 

Fatigued - Unfortunately, this is one of them unavoidable factors that comes with being a full-time parent. These will be used to my advantage to achieve the hight of my potential. Study Skill support will help me develop the habits of effective independent study, offering a range practical activities and advice. There is also academic development for HE students, where we can be accessed by the HE mentor. I personally favour a Kinesthetic approach to learning, this will be beneficial for gaining experiences from practical exercises using a hands-on approach. The LRC offering book loans, with up-to 21 day loans available, including a range of reference books, will be vital for progressing and achieving distinctions on the HE course. In my studies, I find it helpful having text that I can use to make notes, lists and bullet points from, so I can take that information to produce my own piece of work.
