This year ,the sales department raise their sales target from the average £20000 to £40000 per quarter year . To land such deals within brief timeframe, it is standard of procedure to leverage the sales channel via channel direct traffic ,email marketing , paid search, referrals , social media and in-store sales. We had thorough planning on strategies and budget efficiency with top managements and the plan was approved. The basis of sales quota were taken into account by sales reps. It was expected to be achievable. However , we monitored our sales operation , we were appalled by the targeted sales ,only 20% were achieved. Currently , we had exhausted the fund for the sales channel . Unfortunately , we grievely informed that the salary will be reduced due to this matter.

We are deeply regretful that this action will take immediate effect. However , be noted that the employees will be compensated with extra bonus if the sales recover inthe future. The employee's benefits shall resume as usual.
