I kept it cool and stayed relaxed during the process.
One difficulty that I did face is probably when I tried making the filling. I was too nervous about whether it would taste nice, and in the end I think I might have overdone the cinnamon.
If given a chance, I would have tried plaiting the bread instead of rolling it. In addition, I could have improved on the filling, and the plating(make it more decorative).
