I am nervous about my new role because although I have taught in an IB school for 12 years, there is still much to learn as an IB coordinator. Our District/Site Admin. ensures that anyone who wants to work at our school site or any of our IB schools is given the "heads-up" about our IB program and trainings. We want staff who are passionate about IB and kids.  With that being said, it would be fair to let all staff know of our site expectations with IB.
