After completing a 6-week internship at the Yen My company in Hung Yen, I've come to the realization that there are still many restrictions on workers' working circumstances.

First, many employees get backaches as a result of their uncomfortable seats. The footrest is too narrow, and the chair is either too high or too low for the sewing machine. I suggest employees to switch to an appropriate chair together with a comfy leg rest in order to be more productive.

Second, there is a ton of trash underneath the worker's sitting posture, including dust, thread, ... To reduce waste, I believe it is wise to place additional trash bags at each employee's workstation.

Third, a factory has numerous workers yet only one water filter is not enough. I propose that provide an adequate supply of cool, safe drinking water near the workplace

The restrictions on workers' working circumstances listed above are things I saw while at work. I'm hoping that the business will adapt and grow with the help of its own employees to provide the finest working environments for its employees.
