         <description><![CDATA[<div> <strong>Expérience :</strong> Un plant de pélargonium est placé plusieurs heures à la lumière. Les feuilles sont de couleurs vertes. Sur une feuille, on place un cache opaque à la lumière. Puis on prélève deux feuilles  et on les immerge quelques minutes dans un réactif : <strong><em>l’eau idoée</em></strong>. <br>L’eau iodée permet de mettre en évidence la présence d’amidon (substance de la famille du glucose). Elle colore en bleu-noir les zones possédant de l’amidon.</div>]]></description>
