I learned that I am more adaptable ,I can face challenges with a positive attitude and find creative solutions when things don’t go as planned.

What was meaningful or surprising?

What was meaningful for me was seeing how small efforts can make a big difference in students' learning and motivation. It was surprising to realize how much I could grow as a teacher by being open to feedback and trying new strategies.

What do teachers have in common?

Teachers usually have a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and a passion for helping others learn. Most teachers care deeply about their students' progress and work hard to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

I love using creative thinking, students need to start self-managing their learning. So these activities encourage them to produce and use what they've already learnt. Students love challenges, so it's a good option to keep them engaged.

-Use visible thinking routines. Simple routines like Think-Pair-Share, I See-I Think-I wonder.

-Scaffold with sentence starters like I think this because..., One possible solution is... to help students participate more confidently.

- Celebrate effort not just accuracy.

• You can prepare a good environment to teach in a class.
