It was a big accomplishment for me because I had took a 2 year break from school after becoming a mom. I wasn’t sure what degree I wanted because I had nursing has my first degree, but I’ve always had the passion to help kids whether it was helping them emotionally or mentally I wanted to support them in any way. Therefore, I decided to change my degree to Elementary Education. It was stressful having to manage my online classes, while my son was also in zoom. There were days where I wanted to drop out, but I kept on going. In 2022, I proved to myself that I was able to do it despite the difficulties and stressful situations that I had.
