         <description><![CDATA[<div>1: Baby Boomers were born during and just after WWII and they are usually willing to work long hours and like clear and visual goals <br>2: Gen-Xers are born after 1965. They tend to be independent and value work-life balance.<br>3: Gen-Yers. This generation has been shaped by parental excesses, computers and technological advances. They are one of the most frequently reported characteristics of this generation is their comfort with technology.<br> There are different personalities towards different stereotypes so it will cause conflicts among each others. Stereotyping is harmful in the workplace. Stereotyping, or in other words placing labels on people, results from making general assumptions about an individual with little or no personal knowledge about them. For an example, in the eyes of the Gen Y, the baby boomers and some Gen X are refuse to accept changes, selfish and stubborn. In the eyes of the Baby Boomers, the Gen Y and some Gen X are lazy, entitled, tech obsessed and over eager.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1: A Boomer prefer to have a foot in each camp, and will use texting while preferring the telephone.<br>2: Gen-Xers prefer phone calls and emails in formal language even if they work a few feet away from one another.<br>3: Th communication style of Gen-Y is often text messages and instant message with their colleagues using informal language  and short form.                   <br><br>Communication between employees of different generations may cause serious communication breakdowns within the organisation. Poor communication among the workers in the organisation will lead to negative outcomes. Negative outcomes such as gossips and rumours among all the workers. Other than that, poor communication will also cause low efficiency of work from the workers in the organisation. <br><br>.</div>]]></description>

For and example, male employees are usually focusing on autonomy while female workers and focusing on services in Honda company. Other than that, working environment also a very important factors in motivating workers. Providing a comfortable working environment and providing a flexible working hours will become a big motivation for the workers in a company.
