This was once a question that was given by our technopreneurship teacher. I was wondering, what does this movie helps in relate to technopreneurshhip? Does it help me to become a better technopreneur? Then, I realize that—Yes, it does. Now to answer the question, among those three characters in the movie are all unique in their own way. Each one of them has their own strengths and weaknesses. However, Rancho is arguably the best character and also the protagonist of the movie that I am going to pick because he possessed the values of individuality.

So, what does individuality mean? I took a quick research and it taught me that "it refers to the distinctive characteristics or qualities that make a person unique. It includes a person's personality, skills, experiences, beliefs, and values that differentiate them from others." Now, it leads me to another question, "does being differrent would really help me in my technopreneurial work?".

It took me days to fully understand the impact of individuality. I realized that it is truly important. With this, it is advantageous for technopreneurs by being an individual that possessing a set of unique skills, experiences, and perspective—you can easily seek business opportunities, make connections with other business or people, and more importantly possess an inspiring leadership style. It is a valuable characteristic in the business field, and I believe it is something that is essential as a technopreneur.
 

These are my answers on which I mainly noticed while watching the movie.

Tinkering

In the movie, I noticed that there are multiple scenes where Steve Jobs does much tinkering, specifically on electronics, during his early days at Apple. He is incredibly passionate and known as someone serious about design and aesthetics, and who was ready to spend a significant amount of time improving the appearance and impacts of Apple's products. This attention to detail and devotion to quality played a crucial role in Apple's success, and it helped to build the company's reputation for delivering creative and well-designed goods.

Faith
I noticed in the movie that Jobs was questionable about what he was doing with his life. Several people had given up on him as a college dropout and had little faith in his talents, which made me sad because I have several friends who also experienced the same thing. Nevertheless, Jobs never gave up on himself. He kept following areas that piqued his attention, hoping that, in the end, they would be more significant and even valuable, on which he would never regret anything.

Passion
The most remarkable characteristic of Steve Jobs that I saw in the film was his passion for the things he loved to do. He had a great passion for technology which amazed me the most. He is driven and determined to change the world through his ideas and multiple works at Apple.

Determination
I noticed that Steve Jobs kept his eyes and ears open and had the fortitude to embrace fresh possibilities as they presented themselves.

Innovation
Lastly, about Jobs' innovation, since before and up until now, Steve Jobs is widely regarded as one of the greatest technopreneurs of all time, yet he has had some notable flops. Which I believe are: Internal disagreements, over-engineering, lousy market timing, and insufficient market research were frequently to blame for these failures.

This is a really big question for me because this is one of the questions that sticks into my mind recently. And, if I did not manage to seek a clear answer for this question, however, I am fully aware that it will definitely give impact my life in the future. 

So back from the question, do I even see myself as a technopreneur? As of now, as a third-year college student, I can honestly see myself. I can definitely imagine it. However, I am not really that confident in terms of my entrepreneurial and technopreneurial skills. Which is why, after watching the movie titled "Pirates of Silicon Valley", I honestly felt envy towards Steve Jobs. Especially that he is so passionate about his works. Compared to me, I easily get scared and pressure in terms to any works. Which made me feel nervous and lose confident. He is such a talented man. I wish I could become like him someday. Maybe in the future. 

Nevertheless, even though I do not possess such skills like him, I will take this movie as my motivation to continue my dream job and build passion toward technopreneurship.

Today's blog will be all about Career Path. That question stated about is something that my teacher was tasked to answer me. Honestly speaking, I do not possess such confident and bravery in terms to that kind of path and I know that Steve Job's career path is not an easy one, however, I think I can manage to take the same path like him. With that, I must assure to myself that I will make sure first that I can face everything and take every chance for me to become a technopreneur. Just like Steve Jobs, I will never stop exploring new ideas and methods to help build new products and services to increase my company's revenue or in other words, I will always think outside the box and will not isolate my mind inside for me to think and formulate for a new and unique idea. 

I aspire to be like Steve Jobs, a well-known figure in the computer and entertainment industries. That demonstrates that I should not limit my ability to try something new to help me build my skills as a technopreneur and to my future business/es.
