So each member will invest RM72.00, and the shipping price is borne by the members themselves due to different places and areas. Therefore, each member has a different fee. While on the peninsula, free shipping when purchasing five containers and above. Here only four members are charged delivery charges due to the area outside the peninsula. The transaction I made of RM278.00 through the Maybank account includes the capital money of two other members, namely Awang and Rebecca. After announcing that our business has started operating, we attract the interest of our potential customers. We advertise the types of flavors of products we sell. There are 4 types of flavors that we sell, among them are Original, Tiramisu, Strawberry and Hazelnut.

DESIRE:

Our Instagram page must be neat and attractive so that customers are interested in our posts. The selection of the appropriate color is also our point of emphasis. Our theme color is choclate color, in accordance with the product we sell which is chocojar. our social site will be kept updated with information to ensure customers know that our business is still operating. What we post are videos about the product, quotes related to chocolate and also feedback from customers.

CONVICTION:

After selling our products to customers, we ask for feedback from them. The feedback from them was very meaningful. All Chocnut customers are satisfied with the products and services we provide. There are customers who make posts on their social sites. The results of their posts can also make the presence of chocnut noticed by others. Especially to those who do not yet know the existence of Chocnut. Part of the customer feedback, we showcase in insta story, so that others are confident to get our business products.

ACTION:

Finally, to ensure our promotional technique is successful, we use the hard sell caption technique where, we ask to buy now because stocks are limited for example. This technique to some extent helps speed up the process of buying our products.

We recorded the total quantity of Chocojar according to the sold flavors. The total sale price we got was RM 504.00. Next, sheet two is cost. We record business costs such as starting inventory and runner fees. The total cost is RM 520.00. It shows the amount of money we spend to run this business. In the third sheet are weekly sales. We record sales every week to see profits. Profit can flow through this third sheet which is RM 148.00. Lastly is cash flow. This section is divided into two, namely cash inflow and cash outflow. Therefore, we can easily see the money coming in and out, and the cash balance we have is RM 508.00.

We will face various challenges and problems in the business world when starting and running your business. However, it is good that we face various problems because we will learn from the mistakes we make and improve so that our business will be more successful. We face when trading Chocojar is that we fail to understand the customers' wants. This is because all the customers do not have the exact wants as other customers, which causes us not to serve them with what they want. For example, some customers say they taste of Chocojar is too sweet, and some customers taste Chocojar. Therefore, we have found a solution to the problem that every customer who buys our products needs to provide feedback on our products to find out and improve our weaknesses.

Next, the problem we face when trading Chocojar is that we find it difficult to find customers to buy our Chocojar. This is because the public is concerned about getting out due to the increasingly rampant Covid 19 infection. Therefore, we have found a solution to this problem that we sell and promote our Chocojar online on social sites such as Instagram. This can help customers buy our Chocojar easily and not have to leave home because they can buy online without worrying about Covid 19 infection. Selling and promoting products online is the latest trend for business because it gives many benefits and advantages to its users if they are good at taking advantage of it.

The problem with the last customer we encountered when trading Chocojar was that we sold our Chocojar at a high price. This is because shipping costs are too expensive between Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah/Sarawak, and we want to increase our profit margins among the factors we sell expensively. Therefore, we have found a solution to the problem that we will give a discounted price to our customers so that customers do not feel the price of our Chocojar is not too expensive.

In conclusion, We have learned a lot from the problems with our customers that we will be more mature and experienced in business and make us even better in our business.
