         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Self-Actualization:<br>Summary/Explanation: </strong>Self-actualization is the realization of one's talents and potentials, it is especially considered as a drive or need to present. A person who has reached self-actualization has found a meaning to their life that is important to them. This need can only be addressed when a person has fulfilled the previous needs.</div><div><strong>What</strong> <strong>Needs Being Met: </strong>Full use of explorations, talents, capabilities, exc. Exc. People do the best of what they are capable of doing. Needs take time to develop the full stature of what people are capable.</div><div><strong>Ways To Meet These Needs: </strong>Encourage talent in others. Do work that is considered worthwhile, be just. Stop cruelty and exploitation, and seek truth.</div><div><strong>3 Important Facts:</strong></div><ol><li> Critics note that Maslow’s definition of self-actualization is difficult to test scientifically.</li><li> Maslow estimated that less than 1% of adults reach total self-actualization.</li><li> Someone can be silly, wasteful, vain, and impolite, and still reach reach self-actualization.</li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Love and Belonging</strong>-The third level.The social needs in Maslow’s hierarchy include such things as love, acceptance, and belonging. At this level, the need for emotional relationships drives human behavior. <br><strong>What needs need to be met</strong>-Friendships, Romantic attachments, Family, Social groups, Community groups, Churches and religious organizations.<br><strong>How to meet these needs-</strong>You should reach out to the people you care about. it is important for people to feel loved and accepted by other people. Personal relationships with friends, family, and lovers play an important role, as does involvement in other groups that might include religious groups, sports teams, book clubs, and other group activities.<br><strong>Important Facts</strong><br>1.The need for interpersonal relationships motivates behavior<br>2. it is  noted that for some individuals, the need for Self-esteem is more important than the need for love. For others, the need for creative fulfillment may supersede even the most basic needs.<br>3.Some people go through life not feeling love from anyone, not even family members. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Psychological Needs: These are what you need to survive and the most important in the pyramid.<br><br>Needs that need to be met for this stage: Air, Food, Water, Shelter etc.<br><br>Ways to Meet the Needs: Obviously eat, respirate, drink water, find a suitable shelter shelter.<br><br>Facts: <br>1. Maslow saw this as the most important because you can't do much if your body isn't functioning optimally. <br>2. It is the foundation of the pyramid because without these needs, you will be dead, and you can't do the other steps.<br>3. This step, unlike all of the others, can't be skipped in any sense, you can't go over it or you can't drop below it.</div>]]></description>
