2) Idioms: Are expressions which can not be understood literallly from the meaning of each word.
3) Phrasal verbs: Those indicate actions and are made up of a verb and a preposition or adverb. Some phrasal verbs can be  understood literally.

Learning about these words is super helpful because it makes us sound more fluid and we can comunicate better, also expressing our ideas and our thoughts can be easier if we use these words regularly.

This is helpful to understand the maning of some expressions from another perspective. Also, knowing many expressions, phrases and words people from some countries use could improve understanding and communicating while speaking with others.

Idioms: native speakers use them all the time, so learning them will help us not to take literally some expressions, because when translated directly they may not make much sense in Spanish.
Phrasal verbs: in an informal context will help us to express actions in a more natural and native way.
