All food sold out, heaps of awesome feedback from staff and people who attended, random people came to support, we made a profit, students were on a roll when I returned
What didn't go so well?
taking orders "Do you want a salad?" instead of "would you like a salad?"
worrying about your lunch while you have potential customers

How can we do better?
 Stress the importance of PLANNING!
