3 credits of physical or biological sciences with prefix of BSC, CHM or PHY
Anatomy & Physiology One with lab
Anatomy & Physiology Two with lab
Microbiology with lab
Statistics
Human Growth and Development or Developmental Psychology
Human Nutrition
Epidemiology Recommended, not Required

Minimally, the following criteria must be met:

Completion of two sequential courses of foreign language in secondary school or 8-10 semester hours at the post-secondary level, or documentation of an equivalent level of proficiency.
Satisfactory completion of communication and computation requirements

3) Application dates

Application for Fall 2018 will open November 1st, 2017 and the deadline is March 1st, 2018.

4) Application Process

Submit the NursingCAS application for the University of Florida Traditional BSN program.
Unofficial transcripts from all colleges/universities attended are submitted with the NursingCAS application.
All transfer student applicants must also submit the University of Florida Transfer Application.
Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended and any necessary test scores must be sent to The University of Florida in addition to the Transfer Application.
All application requirements must be complete and submitted by the March 1st application deadline in order to be eligible for admissions consideration.

Transfer student applicants must have a minimum transfer GPA of 3.5 and a minimum clinical prerequisite GPA of 3.3 (see the list of clinical prerequisites in requirement 3 below)

2) SAT and/or ACT Scores

Transfer student applicants with fewer than 30 college credits must submit official SAT or ACT scores; transfer student applicants with 30 or more college credits are not required to submit scores

Minimum Scores:

SAT = 1100 reading and critical math scores combined

ACT = 24 composite score

3) Course Prerequisites

Transfer student applicants are considered for direct entry into the clinical components of the Traditional BSN curriculum (i.e., the third year) as space allows

To be considered for direct entry into clinicals, transfer student applicants must complete the following requirements prior to matriculation:
