The addition this year of a large set new performance indicators outlining a wide domain of school-level outcome metrics was quite challenging and seemed misaligned with how each Initiative was conceptualizing their unique approach to implementing the FSCS strategy in their context. Evaluation resources will need to be dedicated to collecting and reporting on these metrics in addition to the adoption of evaluation approaches specific to each unique initiative.
