         <title>The photo that changed my mind about the experiment </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After I poured out the solution, I noticed that the gelatin level rose above the initial line that I made yesterday. Therefore, I had to conclude that maybe the acetic acid leached all the to the bottom and was able to push the gelatin upwards. This was not seen in the test tube with only the methylene blue. This was seen in the test tube with both solutions, so its only logical to assume that the acetic acid is responsible for this. With that, the unexpected winner of the gelatin race is acetic acid. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Using a glucose testing strip, tI was able to see that glucose was able to pass through the dialysis bag into the water outside the bag. The starch settled to the bottom of the dialysis bag and never made it out of the bag. The negative KI test confirmed this. After the hour, the beaker was sitting in a puddle of water, so I am concluding that water entered the bag and leached out the open top. </title>
