This session explores service learning as the culminating stage of place-based learning, where students move beyond exploration to meaningful action within their communities. It will highlight how connecting curriculum to real community needs fosters deeper engagement, responsibility, and real-world impact.

We will explore the importance of cooperation and collegial support within school teams. Hana will demonstrate how shared planning, collaborative teaching, and reflective practice can strengthen teaching quality and support the achievement of educational goals. Drawing on practical examples, the session will illustrate how building a culture of collegiality contributes to more effective and meaningful learning experiences for both teachers and students.

   Certificates will be issued to participants who attend at least 3 hours out of the total 4 hours of the event.

3. Recording of the plenary session
   The main session will be recorded so that it can later be made available to participants. Please keep this in mind throughout the meeting.

4. Microphones muted during the plenary session
   For the smooth running of the main session, participants’ microphones will remain muted. During the parallel workshops, participants will be able to use their microphones for discussion and interaction.

5. Cameras on, if possible
   We encourage you to keep your cameras on, if possible, in order to create a more connected and welcoming atmosphere.

6. Questions and comments in the chat
   Please use the chat for relevant questions and comments. You can write your questions at any time during the session, and the moderators will address them at the appropriate moment.

   If you have a question for a specific speaker, please start your message with their name or the title of the session, for example: Question for Andreea / Question for Hana. This will help us organize the Q&A session more easily.

However, several inhibitors may arise, such as temporal limitations, logistical complexities, and a pedagogical gap regarding the planning and execution of interdisciplinary curricula.
