So 5 productivity tools that I use:
#1 Word App, it’s basically just a Word app that you can type on and make document. It is generally use for anything and many features.

#2 Powerpoint. It is one of my favorite productivity tools that I use, there is slides and layout, and animation to make and show presentation in front of class.

#3 Coda, I just discovered this app, and it is one of my favorite for notes or reviewing. I tried apps like Evernote and Notion, but I didn’t like it. Coda just struck me at first glance, and I fell in love with it. The UI is good and great for note-taking.

#4 Canva, the app is good, it shows very creative templates that I like, and it’s best when it comes to template.

#5 Picsart, I like editing photos like it’s not the level of Adobe’s Lightroom, but I just edit and decorate my photos for fun, so many stickers to decorate from.

How do Productivity tools such as Word Processors, Spreadsheets, and Presentation Programs help you increase your productivity in school? Give at least five concrete examples.

It increase my productivity because it makes it more organized and it’s so easy and intuitive to use, like when you save pages and documents, you just organize it, it works like it is. So fun in using it, also it improves my workflow, can share easily to others with just a click, and I think it’s time efficient.

In your own opinion, what are the importance and benefits of using different productivity tools in your daily life as a student? Give at least five concrete examples.

In daily life, it does increase my productivity, it helps my work to be more organize as like now I can organize it through saving a file and then organize my docs in one file, it is easy to share my project and collaborate, it is time efficient, it makes me motivate and because it is fun to use, and it’s useful from every event and occasions to use.
