1) Tell- tutor (if class teacher), heads of house, (who will help you contact outside services if necessary).

2) Be understanding and patient (esp. with deadlines), allow students to approach you rather than 'bombarding' them, be reassuring when they speak to you, be 'open' in terms of giving them time to talk to you if necessary.
