Yes, it´s possible, but, we need to have a balance between social life, work life, and relationships.

In addition we must have a healthy routine, that include exercise, healthy food, and limited time we expose to social media.

In time for our parents, they used to be more focus in personal relation but they didnt have a balance bettwen work life and family life. Today thats situation change but while some changes are positve, other are negative, such as the used of tecnology
