Theme of the story explores the nature of a wish shared by twin sisters who believe that the God would bestow good health if they make lot of paper birds.

The story seems to revolve around a pair of two sisters who are in love with each other as they reflect each other's mirror image. They play together, laugh together and love to indulge in paper folding art as well. They believe that if they could make lot of paper birds then God might grant them a boon of togetherness. Since one of them wasn't keeping well, the other sister was all set to complete the target and the climax of the story approaches when in haste she was about to complete her last origami bird but it got torn away and at the very moment her sister breathe her last breath.

She tried to remember who was it. While she was going back home she was thinking and suddenly she hade an accident, she was in coma for a month. After a month she came up from her coma remembering everything  and then she remembered that  she had a secret note pad, she quickly told her mother to take her back home from the hospital. After going back home from the hospital she told her mother to get the big box from the corner of her cupboard and she found the note pad, she quickly opened her secret note pad and found the picture of her dad. The picture of her dad looked absolutely like the picture of her boss. The next month she went to office and went to her boss and showed her and her fathers picture to her and said this is the picture I found in my secret diary. Her boss was shocked and asked where did you get this picture from this is me and my daughters picture and then she said that I know that and now you don't even recognize me also.
