This diet focuses on more lean proteins, healthy fats, and high-fiber vegetables. By going on the Atkins diet, your body switches from burning carbohydrates to burning fat (ketosis). You would typically lose 6-10 pounds in the first week.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I personally think that this diet is one of the more “healthy” diets that do not lose water weight but fat but there are pros and cons. There’s no need to count calories and there’s a decreased risk in getting heart disease and diabetes. This is due to the low-carbohydrate diet. However, the Atkins diet is strict and you are highly likely to regain the weight you lost. Eating anything else but protein can cause physical side-effects that can be harsh on the body.  </div>]]></description>
