I believe that Grit is more important than talent because it will get you further in the field of your interest. Anyone can look at a group of smart students and predict that they can go far in a certain field. However, it's unfair to compare that prediction to grit because a person's will can't be as easily predicted. Gritty people don't just rely on their natural talent, they go the extra mile to be successful. I think that makes grittier people more reliable and stronger workers.

I believe that talent is more because there is a certain amount of things you can't control in life no matter how hard you work. So sometimes the person who works the hardest is limited by genetics.

Hard work counts more because you can build up your (lower) talent by dedicating more time to improve that skill. A person with "extreme" talent and 0 work ethic is does not make them a better person.

I Believe that talent is great but I know grit will allow your talents and skills to grow and become better in the long run in whatever you are trying to achieve. In conclusion I feel grit is more needed then talent because without grit your talent probably won't grow meaning there won't be any success in whatever you are trying to achieve.

I believe that hard work and grit can beat natural talent can only get you so far without hard work. Talent can give you an edge but can't allow you to achieve without hard work as well.
