         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>- Came into force in 1789, Last revised in 1992<br>- Philadelphia Convention; included James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, Benjamin Franklin, John Jay,&nbsp; and George Washington<br>- These men were patriots who wanted a nationalist agenda in order to have a stronger country.&nbsp;<br>-55 delegates met over the course of four months to discuss. On September 17th, 1787, the U.S. Constitution was signed.&nbsp;<br>-domestic tranquility, justice, and the common defense&nbsp;<br>-limited government, states rights, qualifications and terms of offices<br>-The Federalist Papers, which was a series of essays, were written to persuade the people to ratify the Constitution. In ten months, nine states had approved it. It was finally ratified June 21, 1788.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>- Came into force in 1992, Last revised in 2013</div><div>- 13th National Assembly (Vietnam's Legislative Body); includes President Trương Tấn Sang and Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng.&nbsp;<br>- Most of these people were highly educated, and have previously been politically involved. Many of them are wealthy and some have been in the military.<br>- The meeting was held in the capital of Hanoi, in which 498 members of the unicameral body of the National Assembly met and revised the constitution.&nbsp;</div><div>- human and citizens' rights in the political, civic, economic, cultural and social fields</div><div>- the communist party and its peaceful relations with the citizens of Vietnam<br>-In 1946 the National Assembly ratified the first democratic Constitution for the country. In 2013, a revision of a newer constitution was in play. The constitution was revised and ratified within the same day.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
