Instructional coaches are onsite professional development providers and change agents who use differentiated coaching to increase teacher effectiveness by teaching educators how to successfully implement effective, research-based teaching techniques and practices. Like differentiated instruction, differentiated coaching means tailoring coaching instruction to meet the individual needs of teachers.
