It is a political cartoon and it is totally ironic and brings negative representation of Chinese people. From the cartoon, we can tell that the panda symbolizes China's economy since there is a label on it. And there is also a label for the cage which symbolizes monopoly on power. President Xi JinPing wants a reform and he wants Chinese economy has a robust growth, but monopoly stopped him and he would never know. Therefore this cartoon is totally biased for showing the serially and badly monopoly in china' economy. I think what it talks is true, however it brings negative representation of china.

It is a news report on how bad main cities in china, such as Shanghai and Beijing are pulluted. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, by contrast, has this level of pollution tagged as the second highest level on its scale, with a label of “very unhealthy.” Western media such as US labels it as bad, unhealthy pollution. so it gives western world a negative representation that china is polluted by showing a picture bellow which shows foggy, dusty and vague view of Shanghai.
