when i am working i have to communicate all the time. i have to do this to see if the things i am doing are correct or incorrect. i also have to communicate when i am i need of equipment i have to ask for equipment and for certain tools that i need. if i dont communicate the job could get mixed up we could both be doing the jobs in different ways.
