My work is primarily concerned with place and the in-between; natural, cultural and historical landscape, human/nonhuman relationship and interconnectivity. I am particularly interested in that which is commonplace but unnoticed, overlooked or seemingly insignificant. 

My art-based research utilises a range of collaborative, interdisciplinary processes including drawing, painting, collection, assemblage, installation, video, correspondence and dialogue.

I am currently undertaking a PhD in Creative Practice at The University of The Highlands and Islands, Shetland.
