A group of teachers who live in the Suwon area and share a common interest in finding authentic international restaurants have gathered to explore the neighborhood after work. These are the most recent pictures of the four teachers, including myself, eating out at a Vietnamese restaurant in town. I had always preferred traditional methods of learning and considered computers and tablets as distractions for young learners. Additionally, I lacked confidence in my own technological skills, making it even more difficult to embrace educational technology programs.

However, as I approach the end of the program, my perspective has shifted. I have come to see the potential that educational technologies hold for my classroom. While I still believe that educators should be thoughtful in selecting technologies that best suit each student's needs, preferences, interests, and learning styles, I now recognize that carefully planned and sequenced use of technology can completely transform my teaching for the better.

Throughout the program, I have received valuable advice and insights from colleagues who teach similar grade levels. Their input has helped me overcome my technological knowledge gaps. As a result, I have started incorporating various technologies into my classes, including SEESAW, Nearpod, game-based assessment tools like Gimkit and Kahoot, Padlet, Mentimeter, and more. During our morning meeting at East End Primary School, I organized a fun and engaging Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) scavenger hunt for the second-grade students. Mindfulness cards were hidden all around the playground and school field. The students were divided into groups and tasked with finding the cards. Each group had to read the mindfulness activity written on the card and then practice it before moving on to find another one. To add to this excitement, the group that managed to collect the most cards would receive a small prize. Once we returned to the classroom, the students eagerly counted their cards and took turns sharing their favorite mindfulness activity. This activity not only fostered teamwork but also equipped the students with valuable breathing strategies for managing big emotions in the future. It was a wonderful way to promote self-regulation and well-being among the students.
