People can climb it between the months of July and September. It last erupted in 1707 and is Japan’s tallest peak (3,776 meters). It is also considered one of three sacred mountains. It is the tallest structure in Japan and the second tallest in the world. It recently opened in 2012. There are 35 floors and is 634 meters.
