It was two bears hanging off a tree, each one holding a shaker. The salt and pepper shaker ended up braking a few mins after they had left the store. Someone had seen what happen and advised them they to go back to the store and tell them what had happen and maybe they'd give them a new one, so they did. Sure enough the employees ended up giving them a new one and blamed it on themselves for not wrapping it up enough. They then left the store very happy and told their parents what had happen. Just because of one costumer service decision Disney earned $100,000 since his family continued to spend many vacations at Disney. Randy went to Disney all the time with his parents because they did volunteer work and brought E.S.L kids from Maryland to see the park. For more than twenty years his family had spent 100,000 on dozens of tickets for kids to go. Also on food and gifts for themselves and others to remind them of going. After all of the years of his family bringing people to see the park Disney has gotten 100,000 just from them.
