         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose to start from scratch, crafting values, purpose, mission, and vision for a new gifted academy.<br><br></div><div>VALUES and BELIEFS:<br><br></div><div>We value the diversity of interests, talents, and domains of ability in our gifted students and believe that each student deserves a tailored education to develop their unique potential.<br><br></div><div>PURPOSE:<br><br></div><div>The purpose of the Roswell Gifted Academy is to identify and serve high ability/high potential students from all socio-economic strata in both academic and creative domains. Students will develop their individual domains and benefit from exposure to the cross-curricular interests of their classmates. The purpose of the Academy is to gather diverse gifted students and cooperatively encourage, learn from, and celebrate the passions of every student.<br><br></div><div>MISSION:<br><br></div><div>Roswell Gifted Academy students will graduate from high school with a strong education in all core areas and an exceptionally rigorous foundation in their individual gifted domains. &nbsp;<br><br></div><div>VISION:<br><br></div><div>Roswell Gifted Academy students are passionate about their interests and equally passionate about their classmates’ achievement. Academy students value the diversity of gifts in humanity and are eager to share in the delight of each other’s success. Academy graduates will see the world as a complex tapestry of gifts, all different and all valuable.<br><br></div>]]></description>
