Evaluation: The salsa tasted very good because the tomatoes were sweet and it had the perfect amount of cilantro. The salsa in general was very tangy, but there were things that could be a little better. The tomatoes needs to be chopped up a little more and there needs to be more seasoning. Also, there needs to be more tomato sauce because the salsa was very chunky. I would use the same amount of onions, cilantro, and tomatoes.

http://www.foodmatters.com/article/dont-miss-the-need-to-know-food-news-this-month
This article talks about the changes in the food culture that's in the process of helping our society be efficient, conservative, and make life a whole lot easier. First off, France decided to stop the use of plastic cutlery in restaurants which should be effective in 2020. Next, there's a new project called The Real Junk Food Project which uses leftover goods from grocery stores to make dishes for people to eat. Following that is the healthy drive-thru. Near the east coast, people want to change the stereotypical unhealthy drive-thru to something healthy like chia seed parfaits and cucumber pinwheels. Furthermore, people are inventing edible wrappers made of casein which is a milk-based product. Lastly, scientists created a micro garden which is a soil-free garden where you can check on the status of the garden on your phone.

The sugar made it a bit sweet and the meat and butter made it savory. The sauce had lots of meat so in every bite you'd get some meat in it. The noodles were a bit too soft so next time I should not cook the noodles for a long amount of time.

They describe the goodness of custard buns and barbecue pork buns. The place is located in Manhattan's Chinatown called Joy Luck Palace. The chefs bring all that they learned in China to this little restaurant in Chinatown so that everyone can taste the delicious wonders originated from China.

Evaluation: The cookies overall tasted good but the only thing that I would fix is how long the cookie should be cooked. We baked the cookies a bit longer than should be expected so the cookies came out a tad burned. My favorite part is how the cookies tasted very buttery and not too sweet which complimented the oats. I would keep the amount of sugar and butter the same. In addition, the cookies were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Evaluation: The pancakes and syrup tasted great overall. The pancakes were a tad under cooked so next time, I would cook the pancakes for about a minute more. I would keep the batter the same because it seemed perfect overall. The syrup didn't have the syrup texture, but it had a watery texture. I should've allowed the syrup cook 5 minutes more in the pot. The syrup tasted sweet and it compliments the pancakes well beside the fact that it was watery instead of gooey and slippery.

I under mixed the muffins resulting in lots of air tunnels. Overall, the muffins had the perfect amount of topping, sugar, flour, etc. The muffins baked for the perfect amount of time so the muffins weren't over or under baked.

Evaluation: The turkey and biscuits with applesauce tasted delicious overall, but the applesauce needed to be mushed more because it was very chunky. The recipe for the applesauce was perfect though because it wasn't too sweet or too sour. It was just right. The turkey was good, but the size of the patty needed to be a little bit bigger because it was too thick and too small. The biscuits were under-cooked inside and we made it too thick. We also baked the biscuits for about 15 minutes but it was still under-cooked. I liked how the biscuits were buttery and soft and it tasted great with turkey and applesauce on the side.

Evaluation: The pizza was well made and it tasted good. The only thing that i would change is the amount of sauce put in. I would add more sauce because the pizza was a little bit dry. Everything else was great. I thought the sauce was going to taste super tomato-y but with all the spices it drove away from the tomato flavor which i liked. The bread was tasty and soft. I could just eat the pizza without the toppings because the bread and sauce tasted so good.

It tasted good but the texture was to hard to make the cookie enjoyable. The glaze was also too sweet for the cookie and it didn't compliment the cookie at all. If I made it again, I would use shortening instead of butter because shortening makes the cookie softer and I would also not put on the glaze.

The pasta brings out the taste of the soup and the soup was well seasoned. The grilled cheese sandwich compliments the tomato soup very well. I didn't like to dip the sandwich into the soup but I like to eat it together. The grilled cheese sandwich was very sweet while the soup was very savory. It's located at the Anaheim Packing District along with many other restaurants. I ordered a Tonkatsu Shoyu Ramen with Chashu Pork and of course, it came along with a cup of water. The whole dish was so good. The soup was very creamy and savory, while the noodles were super chewy. The chashu pork was tasty also, mostly because there was a lot of fat in it. Overall, the dish was really good and I'm probably going to go back soon and have some more.I give this place a 10/10.

It's also located at the Anaheim Packing District along with all of the other restaurants and dessert shops there. I ordered the OG which is a crepe with Nutella, strawberries, vanilla bean ice cream, bananas, chocolate, whipped cream, and almonds. This crepe was huge and serves about 2 people. It also took forever to finish because it was so messy but also so worth it. The creme was not very sweet which was good because everything else was so it balanced out the taste. Most of the Nutella and chocolate sunk to the bottom along with the almonds. I liked how the inside layer holds the ice cream and the outside layers held the cream and the strawberries. I would for sure come back and order this crepe again. I give this place a 10/10.
