         <description><![CDATA[<div>Although we first thought there was a leak in our system, after testing the system by blowing air into it and checking whether gas successfully goes through it, we found out that there was no leaks in the system; rather, it did not work because there was not enough pressure to push the gas through the system. After much consideration, we decided that putting the gas syringe at the other end of the system would provide enough pressure difference.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After our experiment has been improved, we finally checked the carbon dioxide content in the natural gas we use in our school laboratory. We first cooled the gas and made it go through anhydrous copper sulfate to capture any water content, then pushed the gas through lime water. The lime water turned opaque quickly, indicating that there was a lot of carbon dioxide content in the combustion product of natural gas.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After checking carbon dioxide content, we ran a test for sulfur by using a potassium dichromate solution. There was no color change so we could conclude that there was no sulfur dioxide being emitted into the atmosphere by our school Bunsen burner. After the test, we also did a redox reaction of potassium dichromate and alcohol in order to observe what a positive reaction would be, which would turn to solution green.</div>]]></description>

More greenhouse gas in the atmosphere would lead to climate change.<br>Sulfur dioxide: It is a toxic gas that harms one's health. It irritates the skin and mucous membranes of the eyes, nose, throat and lungs. High concentration of it can cause inflammation and irritation of the respiratory system. It also causes the acid rain.<br><br>Both gases are emitted into the atmosphere when fossil fuel is burned, which also occurs when we use our school Bunsen burner.</div>]]></description>

This is concerning considering the fact that greenhouse gases are emitted whenever we use our school Bunsen burner. Therefore, we need a better alternative fuel source to use in order to reduce the amount of greenhouse gas emitted into the atmosphere.</div>]]></description>
