Your stomach may feel uneasy, your muscles may tense up and your skin can become sensitive. All of which are signs your body is preparing for a 'fight or flight' reaction. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>school; getting to school on time, grades, junior testing, mental health.</p></li><li><p>family; pressures to become sure of your future, to get a job, to be the best version of self.</p></li><li><p>peer pressures; friends wanting to go to certain places, do certain things, meet certain people. </p></li><li><p>Signifcant others; many kids date in high school but no one really talks about how stressful and toxic high schoool relationships can be..</p></li><li><p>environment changes; moving from one place to another, somewhere you know no one, can cause anxiety as you try to find new friends or even just get comfortable in your new home. </p></li><li><p>mental health; being a teenager our bodies are already going through hormonal warfare plus school work plus a signifcant other can really overwhelm us. mental disorders also play a huge role in our day to day mental status.</p></li><li><p>substance abuses; whether its alcohol, marijuana, shrooms, or anything else teenagers can probably get their hands on. The effects these substances can have on us effect us long term, most importantly they can effect how we perceive ourself and the world around us.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I often feel overwhelmed; It overwhelms me to be rushed especially because it doesn't make me move any faster im just being yelled at now. </p><p>I feel irritated too; like i know im running late, its like telling a person whos had one leg their whole life they only have one leg...</p><p>Its followed up by sadness; I dont even be wanting to get ready for school but you mean to tell me I gotta get myself to  a state of mind where im preparing to come into this place and then im being yelled at before i even leave my home????    :((((</p><p>As I finally pull myself together im now anxious; the anxiety is because I dont even feel fully put together, I didnt have anytime time to make sure I felt correct. </p><p>By the time I get to school Id usually calmed down.</p>]]></description>
