Spent one year as a conscript soldier in the Norwegian Army in Bardufoss. General army service in a team, in addition to handling material at company level. Worked well in own team and was sent to other teams where there was absence. Highly adaptable to most teams.

Snowball effect on my work - needed to know why people eat as they do and then studied sociology - wanted to know how to reproduce interventions as "røykeloven" - and ended up studying simulations for teaching system oriented thinking for students.

Bridging gaps between professions
Worked in a research institution with medical doctors and social scientists (thinking completely different!), and an international health intervention in the Baltic region.

Empathic
It hurts when others feel bad. I help others when ever I can.
