Let me make this clear, we are trying to make costume and sell it for CHEAP while keep the quality HIGH because there are simply too many anime nerdz and otaku out there that don't have alot of money (alot of them are students too). With such a huge popular demand and customer base, we can focus on MAKE/BUY stuff in CHINA and then export them in mass number (we mass produce them too) to America (the bigger the number the better). This allow us to make alot of profit.

There doesn’t seem to be alot of available information on cost of factory therefore Im assuming 100k.

Assuming paying each worker 2 dollar, hiring 4 people (assembly line process) working for 12 hours a day, that would be 96 dollar everyday.

ASSUMING, with the assmebly line of production, we can make atleast 40 shirt per hours, each shirt sell for maybe $4 dollar, shipping price from China to America is roughly $60 dollar each 80 shirts.

ASSUMING, 1 kg = 1 093.6133 Yards

1 Yuan = 0.16 US Dollar

according to the price from the cncotton page, 8.93 yuan per kilo.

8.93 * .16 = 1.4288 dollar per 1093 yard

according to made-by-rae, to make a shirt for a grown men take 3 yard per shirt.

12 hours working a day = 40 * 12 = 480 shirt per day

480 * 3 = 1440 yard

1440 / 1093 = x / 1.4288

1093x = 1440 * 1.4288

x = roughly 2 dollar.

Profit: 480 * 4 = 1920 - 60 * (480/80) - 96 = 1920 - 360 - 96 - 2 = 1462 / 480 = $3 per shirt in profit.

Once upon a time, long long time ago; when the internet was invented, as a young girl I used to love spent my days playing video games and watching anime/ reading manga. This eventually lead to an addiction/needs to dress up as characters from games or books because real life is simply too harsh.

Yes. Life was difficult for me (and atleast I'm being honest). Born in Vietnam (didn't move to America until I was 12), to be able to find fabric to make a costume would be like to be able to become the president of the United State at the age of 12: impossible. The country was already too poor to keep its people out of poverty, costume must be a dream. Therefore, with an idea of making costumes cheap and easy AND CASUAL, I hope to bring to the world the fun and adventurous feeling when one dress up as a 18th century Napoleon soldier or simply as a little dinosaur walking on the street,

That's right! We working inside a garage. All we are planning to do at the moment is to sell items online. And therefore, all we really need is a place with computers and some storage space for items (and a truck for delivery).
