         <title>At the beginning, they are reluctant to move. Once they get the idea or have fun, they star moving without problem. Movement enhances the learning as they will activate other brain areas to make their learning more meaningful.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It really depends on the age of my students, if they are young and juvile they sure love to move and have activities that involve more than just sitting there and listen, if they are a bit older then they'd rather go and watch a video o listen to something that wakes up their wits. Having said that, movement activities doesn't añways mean something complicated or that requires for you to be fit, it can also mean moving to learn something, like flying a kite or clapping to separate syllables.</div>]]></description>
