Determine if changes can be made in TPON to see more information about the "application downloader" up front...i.e. location, etc...this can help SBAs in early outreach

We really need to improve the application form to provide the outcomes we need and make it TPON 'friendly', and I think it would be very beneficial to have FAB provide training to SBAs on how TPON impacts the application and future report backs

Address the client experience so that the data entered into the application form is of better quality to begin with. Hopefully that would result in less changes downstream

I know this is not popular, but if we went back to the Stage 1: checklist application and then a Stage 2: full application after we approve the checklist, it could: 1. allow the SBA to work with the client from day one 2. allow clients to get feedback if this is the appropriate funding program to apply to and 3. review things like correct financial statements, proper use of 2000 hr calculation, etc.

Perhaps a simple chart is needed in order for clients/SBAs to calculate jobs is needed. A simple chart that has year 1 - ask how many full months, how many full time employees that automatically calculates the employees for that year and each subsequent year. Then the last year - which could also be a partial year (depending on when they apply and when their year end is) would be simply done for the client.
