         <title>Academic Rigor is a discipline and a practice. &amp;nbsp;As teacher/mentors we are in a position to provide opportunity for students to value rigor. &amp;nbsp;Building discipline, fortitude and a &quot;stick to it&quot; practice be it yoga, studying, cooking...It is an important quality and tool to advance yourself at something meaningful.</title>
